Kraków Water hereby announces that on 21 December, 2023, the Director of Regionalny Zarząd Gospodarki Wodnej w Krakowie Państwowego Gospodarstwa Wodnego Wody Polskie [Regional Water Management Board in Cracow of the State Water Management, Polish Waters], acting under Article 24c section 2, Article 24j, Article 27a sections 1, 2 and 3 point 2 and Article 27c section 1 of the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 537) in connection with Article 104 of the Act of 14 June, 1960 – the Code of Administrative Procedure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 775, as amended), after conducting administrative proceedings at the request of Kraków Water dated 31 October, 2023, supplemented by letters reference numbers EEP.033.21.2023 dated 7 November, 2023, EEP.033.22.2023 dated 16 November, 2023, and EEP.033.22.2023 dated 15 December, 2023, to shorten the period of validity of the current tariff and approve a new tariff for collective water supply and collective sewage disposal in the Municipality of Kraków, for a period of 3 years:

• approved the tariff for collective water supply and collective sewage disposal in the Municipality of Kraków for a period of 3 years,
• ruled to shorten the period of validity of the current tariff, approved by the decision of the Director of Regionalny Zarząd Gospodarki Wodnej w Krakowie Państwowego Gospodarstwa Wodnego Wody Polskie [Regional Water Management Board in Cracow of the State Water Management, Polish Waters] reference number: KR.RZT.70.144.2022 of 16 December, 2022, until the date of entry into force of the decision Item
