Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa S.A. informs that, at the request of the Company and pursuant to the Article 24j of the Act on Public Water Supply and Public Sewerage (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 757), the validity period of the existing tariff approved by the decision of the Regulatory Authority—the Director of the Regional Water Management Board in Kraków of the State Water Management Authority ‘Wody Polskie’, ref. no.: KR.RZT. 70.157.2023 of 21 December 2023. By Decision ref. no. K.RZT.70.97.2025 of 16 January 2026, the Regulatory Authority—the Director of the Regional Water Management Authority in Kraków of the State Water Management Authority ‘Wody Polskie’—approved the tariff for public water supply and public wastewater disposal within the Municipality of Kraków for a period of 3 years.

The tariff comes into force on 1 February 2026.
